Little St Marys - Session and Prices

The Sessions:
Askham Richard Parent & Baby Group 0-5yrs: This is a parent and baby/toddler session run in the school hall. A wide variety of toys, music and songs makes a fun session for all.

Askham Tots: This is a new session for children aged 20 to 30 months. They will join in a playgroup session on a Friday afternoon for an hour and a half. This helps their transition into Playgroup by becoming familiar with the setting and staff. Parents will have to stay with their child until they are 2 years old.

Playgroup 2 – 5yrs: Set over two floors, children are offered a variety of play opportunities, which are varied and structured to engage them. Your child will have a designated key person who will also help your child to become familiar within the setting and to feel confident and safe within it.

Rising Fours 3-5yrs: Rising 4's is a more structured session aimed at 3 year olds, who are beginning their transition into school. This is run on a Wednesday and Thursday. We encourage letters and sounds, numeracy, ICT and much more.

We enjoy a variety of Little St Mary's outings. Some of the outings we have been on are Eureka, Sealife Centre, Christmas Grotto's, Nature Reserves and much more. We have had many visitors such as Fire fighters, dentists and police. All of which are thoroughly enjoyed by children, staff and parents and more trips are planned for the year.
